Branded construction equipment, a specially created children's book, and community fundraising efforts unite to support families staying close to their children during medical treatment throughout Southwestern Ontario.

At J-AAR, building strong communities has always been about more than the work we do on construction sites. In 2026, we're proud to take that commitment even further through a meaningful partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario (RMHC-SWO).
Throughout the year, J-AAR will be raising awareness and funds to help support families with seriously ill children who rely on Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario for comfort, support, and a place to stay close to their child's medical care.
Bringing Awareness to Every Job Site
As part of this initiative, several pieces of J-AAR's heavy equipment have been transformed into moving ambassadors for RMHC-SWO. Our specially branded Dutch Brothers mixer, excavator, dozer, and triaxle dump truck will be seen across Southwestern Ontario, helping spread awareness about the important work Ronald McDonald House Charities does for families every day.
Whether they're on a construction site, travelling down the highway, or working within local communities, these machines will serve as visible reminders of the impact we can make when we come together for a common cause.
J-AAR Teams Giving Back Through Meals from the Heart
One of the most meaningful aspects of this partnership is the opportunity for our employees to connect directly with the families being supported.
Throughout 2026, teams from across J-AAR will participate in Meals from the Heart, a volunteer program at Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario. Employees will work together to prepare and serve meals for families staying at the House while their children receive medical treatment.
This initiative gives our team the chance to provide comfort and support in a personal way while reinforcing our company's culture of compassion, teamwork, and community involvement.
A Children's Book with a Special Purpose
To help tell the story of this partnership in a unique and engaging way, J-AAR has created a special children's book inspired by our relationship with Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario.
The book introduces young readers to the concepts of community, kindness, and helping others through a fun and meaningful story. It offers families and supporters a different perspective on the importance of giving back and supporting organizations that make a real difference in people's lives.
Support the Campaign and Receive a Copy
As part of our fundraising efforts, anyone who makes a minimum donation of $20 to the J-AAR and RMHC-SWO campaign will receive a complimentary copy of the children's book as our way of saying thank you for supporting this important cause.
Every dollar raised will help Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario continue providing essential programs, accommodations, and support services for families facing some of life's most difficult moments.
Join Us in Making a Difference
This partnership represents what can happen when a community comes together to support families in need. Through fundraising, volunteerism, awareness campaigns, and storytelling, we hope to make a lasting impact throughout Southwestern Ontario.
We invite our employees, customers, partners, and community members to join us throughout 2026 as we work alongside Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario to help keep families close when it matters most.
Together, we're building more than infrastructure, we're building stronger communities.
