This weekend Dutch Brothers Ready Mix played a part in pouring 4500m3 for the Tricar Group at The Grove Masonville! Today is the National Day of Mourning, a day to pay our respects to those that have passed due to workplace accidents as well as those we have lost that were part of our J-AAR team. 🌹 Today we will take a moment of silence to reflect and remember those lives lost.    The memorial garden was built by John Aarts and some long-term employees in 2000 to honour those that have passed while being actively employed by the J-AAR. Gilbert Lima, who lost his life in a construction accident while working for J-AAR in 1998, was a major inspiration for the garden. The large rock in the centre of the placed in 2002 to honour our founder John Aarts who himself passed away at the workplace.
