Guiding Principles

Our Core Values

Reach Our Greatest Potential

We pursue excellence and peak performance, striving to achieve our highest potential while maintaining a passion for our goals and a competitive spirit. We remain accountable and organized in all we do.

Believe in Others More Than They Believe in Themselves

We empower our team members by providing support and compassion, nurturing a culture of teamwork and collaboration. We promote an environment where everyone can flourish, embracing inclusivity and diversity.

Take Pride in Keeping Our Word

We conduct ourselves with integrity, demonstrating ethical, trustworthy, and respectful behaviour. We embrace our family-like values and commit to doing the right thing, the right way, at the right time, even when no one is watching.

Embrace Humility and Positivity

We prioritize humility, innovation, and creativity. Our data-driven mindset and positive attitude focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems. We express gratitude for our opportunities, successes, and lessons learned along the way.

Foster Respect and Care

We respect the business, family, community, and competition. Our team values care, compassion, and empathy. We work collaboratively to achieve our goals, fostering an environment that emphasizes respect and care for one another.

COMMUNITY INITIATIVEs

Fundraising Events

J-AAR was dedicated to giving back to our community last year. Our fundraising efforts included the Construction Rodeo, Business Partner Charity Golf Tournament, and yearly Shop Party. We are proud to have partnered with the Humane Society, where our donation helped provide vital care and shelter for animals in need.

Thanks to the unwavering support of our teams, partners, and community, we not only raised funds but also brought attention to the vital causes of Threads of Life and the London Food Bank.
