Our Safety Practices

Safety isn't just a priority; it's a fundamental aspect of everything we do. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety across all our operations, ensuring the well-being of our team members, clients, and communities.

Training

We ensure that all team members receive thorough safety training before starting work on any project. This includes specific training related to the equipment they will be operating and the tasks they will be performing. We are also developing internal training videos to ensure we are up to date and understanding relevant day-to-day hazards.
Regular Inspections

We conduct regular inspections of the work site to identify and address potential hazards. This includes checking equipment for proper functioning, inspecting scaffolding and ladders for stability, and assessing the overall safety of the work environment.
Communication

We foster an open line of communication between management and workers regarding safety concerns. Encourage team members to report any unsafe conditions or practices they encounter and promptly address these issues to prevent accidents.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

We require all team members to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots, depending on the nature of the work being performed. We ensure that PPE is provided and properly maintained for all workers.

New Hire Training

Before setting foot on a job site, J-AAR provides extensive safety training for all team members. We are fully committed to prioritizing the safety of our team and never compromise in this regard.
